Reservations: Policies for Rose and Thistle
To confirm your reservation, an advanced deposit of your lodging is required.
If you reserve the entire facility for a wedding, event, etc….all deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions
We will gladly refund a deposit on four nights or less if cancellation notice is received
at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive your deposit back less a $25.00 service fee per room.
If you cancel within the 2 week period, you will forfeit your deposit.
There will be no refund of deposits of reservations of 5 days or more.
Remember that we do not allow pets. There will be no refund if you decide to terminate your stay early and no subletting the room.
Cancellations must be made by phone or mail. Emails are not always reliable.
Check-in Time
Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
If you plan on arriving after 7:00 pm, please notify us.

Regrettably, no pets are allowed.
Smoking is permitted on the porch only.
Use of facility is for guests only.

We want your visit to Cooperstown to be comfortable, exciting and enjoyable.
2-night minimum is required from Memorial Day through Labor Day and weekends in April, May,
September, October and November depending on availability and discretion of the B&B.
Disruptive Guests will be asked to leave without receiving a refund. There will be no refund if you decide to terminate your stay early.
