Off Season monthly winter(September-May) rates available
| A 1 bedroom with a queen bed, sleeper sofa in the parlor, full kitchen, and bathroom with a shower, A/C, cable tv, wireless internet, laundry facility available. A week’s stay is required from June thru Aug. Rate is $1000.00 plus tax. A deposit of $300.00 is required at time of booking. Cancellation fees apply: 1. If we receive a cancellation notice 60 or more days prior to the reserved date of arrival, the full amount of the rental payment will be refunded, less a Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the Full Rental Fee.
2. If we receive a cancellation notice less than 60 days prior to the reserved date of arrival, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-book. In that case, the rental payment will be refunded in full less a Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the Full Rental Fee.
