To confirm your reservation, an advanced deposit of your lodging is required.
We will gladly refund a deposit on four nights or less if cancellation notice is received
at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive your deposit back less a $25.00 service fee
per room. If you cancel wthin the 2 week period, you will forfeit your deposit
On a five or more night stay, a $300.00 deposit is required. Cancellation notice should be 30 days prior less a
$25.00 service fee. If you cancel within the 4 week period, you forfeit your deposit and you may be responsible for all or part of the balance due minus any rooms we re- book. Remember that we do not allow pets..
There will be no refund if you decide to terminate your stay early and no subletting the room.
Cancellations must be called or mailed. Emails are not always reliable.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
If you plan on ariving after 7:oo pm, please notify us.
We are open all Year Round.
Regrettably, no pets are allowed.
Smoking is permitted on the porch only.
Use of facility is for guests only.

Gift certificates purchases are non-refundable.
A 2-night minimum is required from Memorial Day thru Labor Day and weekends
in April, May, September.
October and November depending on availabilty and discretion of the B&B.
Guests will be asked to leave without receiving a refund. There
