Woke up to the sounds of thunder and rain that Sunday morning of HOF Induction day and thought, oh no, this is the first ceremony that I will be attending in 13 seasons all due to Joe Torre being honored and it is going to be a bust. Well, the day turned out to be spectacular! Sun, puffy clouds, warm breezes made for a wonderful HOF Induction ceremony experience. A huge turnout of Braves fans as well as Chicago and New York fans who seemed to respect each others baseball preferences, had a marvelous time. There was great camaraderie amongst the crowd.
Our guests for the weekend were friendly, warm and charming. We had a great visit with them and enjoyed their company and their stories. We wish them continued good health and happiness.
